Auto start OBS with replay buffer
I always forgot to start OBS when booting my PC. Even if I remembered OBS, I'd forget the replay buffer. Since I like to keep it running for unexpected cool moments in games, I devised a solution. I figured others might find a guide on automatically starting OBS with Windows and the replay buffer useful.
